Shipping Information:

All orders will be shipped to the employees' Great Lakes Branch location. Most orders will take approximately 2 weeks to be delivered. During heavy gift certificate redemption periods, orders may take 3-4 weeks.

Product that has been specifically customized with an employees' name is not returnable.
